I’m not your average podiatrist. 

As a functional foot and movement specialist, global educator, author and founder of Naboso, my mission is to redefine how we move — from the ground up. With over two decades of experience, I blend barefoot science, human performance, and neuroscience to help people move smarter, age stronger, and stay grounded for life.

Whether I’m teaching professionals, developing sensory-based products, or exploring my own movement language on the ballroom dance floor, I believe that movement is medicine — and that our feet are the gateway. Through my approach to movement longevity, I help everyone from elite athletes to active agers reconnect to their natural foundation and unlock the lifelong power of every step.
